Who we are
We are an Advanced Massage & CranioSacral Therapy private practice located at 310 Paper Trail Way, Ste 302, Holly Springs, GA 30115. New and returning clients are required to create a New Client account in our office scheduling program, ClinicSense, and comply with treatment and contact specific required data so that we can properly provide services and contact you about your appointments.
Who we share your data with
Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text message.
How long we retain your data
We are required to keep your data as long as you an active client in our practice. After you are no longer an active client, we will keep your information for the mandated period required by medical professionals; Adult records are kept for 10 years after the last visit; Pediatric records are kept for 5 years from the date of the last visit.
Your Rights over your data
If you have created a New Client Account within ClinicSense, you may request a copy of your client file at any time. You may also edit or remove details provided we have at least an email address (used for your login) and a phone number so that we can communicate and coordinate appointment details.
Where your data is sent
Your data is securely maintained by ClinicSense and their security protocols. Since we will never share or sell your data to a third party, your data will not be sent anywhere.
What data do we collect
We collect your email address (for account login) and your phone number (for communication regarding your appointments). All other data is optional. We do ask for an emergency contact name and phone number on file at all times in case we should need to contact them on your behalf.
What communications do we send
Our communications include: Appointment Confirmations, Appointment Reminders with links to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Wellness Check-Ins, Email Newsletters, Birthday Emails, Availability Summaries, Client Referrals and Google Review Emails. Within your New Client Forms you can select if you prefer to receive these communications via email or text. You can change your selection at any time by revisiting your account in ClinicSense or asking us to modify it for you administratively.
How do you opt out of communications
You may opt into or out of, any or all of the above listed communications to fit your needs as a client. Our goal is to keep you properly informed and connected to the practice in alignment with you communication preferences.
What data is collected in our contact form
If you submit an entry using our website’s contact form, we collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of responding to your contact request. If you choose not to submit a contact form you may call us at 770-629-0886 and speak to us directly .
Additional disclosures
Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
